Scorpio Overview

Crystals:  Red Jasper, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Black Tourmaline
Day: Tuesday
Color: Scarlet, Red, Rust
Element: Water
Most compatible with: Taurus, Cancer

Several stones have been associated with the eighth astrological sign in the zodiac, but all of them encompass at least some of the personality traits that those born under Scorpio tend to develop. Aquamarine is among the most popular choices, which makes some sense because many astrologers consider Scorpio to be a water sign and this stone is often associated with the refreshing waters that can wash away stress and renew a person’s sense of self.

Those who need to reduce feelings of imbalance often turn to healing aquamarine stones, which makes it an excellent gift. Scorpios historically have embraced change in all forms, so they’ll often want something that can help them deal with the chaotic feelings that come along with it.

Quite a few people rely on it for meditation as a result, but you won’t want to miss out on the other choices of birthstone available to those giving a gift to their favorite Scorpio.

Birthstone Choices for Scorpios

Red jasper is a perennially popular choice for those who want to revive the passion in someone’s life. Its deep red color might call to mind the heart, which is so often associated with love and therefore this makes quite a romantic gift for those who have a significant someone born under the sign of the scorpion. It’s also a good pick for those who want to ground out negative emotions during stressful times, which Scorpios often tend to run into due to the fact that they embrace change so readily. Consider having it mounted in a piece of decorative jewelry if you plan on using it as a gift this way.

Black tourmaline is another decorative favorite. This stone can absorb negative energy over the course of day, which makes it a great desk accessory. It’s long been said to help people overcome their fears and face whatever life throws at them with grit and determination.

Amethyst has gained in popularity as well, due in no small part to its traditional usage in jewelry making. That being said, it boasts healing applications like black tourmaline and red jasper as well. Scorpios can increase their sense of well-being with the stone and they should find it easy to recharge as well. For that matter, placing black tourmaline in the gentle light of the moon should be more than enough to get rid of any lingering negative energy that it might have picked up. They’ll be able to reuse your gift for years to come because natural stones never run out of recharges the way that synthetic materials do.

Birthstone Gifts for Scorpios

You may even want to give a combined birthday gift that includes more than one stone. It’s a thoughtful way to incorporate many different people’s traditions into a single package. Take a few moments to think about what stones might best fit your special someone’s tastes and needs then contact us online at Crystals & Stones to learn more about what’s available.

Our Story

                           Our Story

Crystals and Stones was founded in 2019 by Ingrid Olarte. Ingrid grew up in Colombia and was exposed to New Age and spirituality movements during this time. In later years, she grew fond of collecting crystals in her home and began to interact with their auras. In time, she learned how to work with them.

Ingrid’s first spiritual awakening encounter happened one afternoon when she decided to meditate with crystals. She held rose quartz in her left hand and amethyst crystal in her right. During meditation, she noticed how the high vibrational frequency of the crystal worked through her energy field. The frequency helped her increase spiritual attunement to the higher self. Since then, she decided to spread the magnetic energy of crystals with the world.

Crystals and Stones provide energy tools to enhance and support spirituality as well as your emotional well-being. Our experts also will educate you on finding your inner power. The store promotes spiritual items like crystals, candles, energy stone kits, monthly crystal subscription boxes, and essential oils.
